NOAA data management at NSIDC is covered by one full time staff with part time assistance from team members. In 2005, the NOAA team includes Lisa Ballagh as Project Manager, and Jonathan Kovarik for Archive Services (operations) support. Significant support is also provided by I-Pin Wang for database administration, and by Allaina Howard, NSIDC Librarian and Analog Data Archivist. Other services are provided by the larger NSIDC team of computer operators, User Services, scientists, administrative support staff, and the Scientific Communications group of writers, Web designers, and outreach professionals.
Florence Fetterer is NSIDC's NOAA Liaison and NOAA@NSIDC Program Manager. Florence has been with NSIDC since 1996. Contact Florence (fetterer@nsidc.org) with questions or suggestions concerning NOAA activities at NSIDC.
