Data Pool |
On Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (USA Mountain Time), AMSR-E, ICESat/GLAS, MODIS, and NISE data are normally unavailable for ordering due to system maintenance.
The amount of time each data product remains in the Data Pool depends on subscriptions. These can be extended upon request; for example, if user interest increases due to unusual weather activity or snow events in the area covered by the subscription. Contact NSIDC User Services if you have custom requests.
Note that the contents of the Data Pool will not match the contents
of the Warehouse Inventory Search Tool (WIST). If you cannot find the data
you want in the Data Pool archives, try searching the WIST. Missing granules
cannot be inserted into the Data Pool archive.
